The day before re-start

Well tomorrow will be a re-start for me. Had a stuck at it, I'd be going to my first weight in tomorrow but oh well upwards and onwards!

Feeling slightly hungover still, so I'll try and remember how awful hangovers are when I'm struggling on CD! Junk food and alcohol is so not worth it! I've probably put on what I'd lost in those 4 days and more. Not looking forward to getting on the scales!

I'm taking my little one out for the day tomorrow, so will pack her a nice...

Monday 26th May ~ Meal Diary

Breakfast
Rice crispies (well Tesco equivilent of) with semi skimmed milk ~ 175 cals
Coffee ~ 38 cals

Lunch
Ham and cucumber sandwich on wholemeal bread ~ 210 cals
Coffee ~ 38 cals

Snack
Mandarin MullerLite Yog ~ 105 cals

Dinner
Spaghetti Bolognaise ~ 679 cals
Coffee ~ 38 cals

Okay this is what I ate yesterday...

Breakfast
Rice crispies (well Tesco equivilent of) with semi skimmed milk ~ 175 cals

Lunch
Cucumber sandwich ~ 190 cals
Coffee with semi skimmed milk ~ 38 cals

Snack
Special K snack bar ~ 90cals

Dinner
1/4 Tesco's Steak and Kidney pie ~ 445 cals
New potatoes ~ 75 cals
Half a tin of Baked beans ~ 179 cals

Total
1192 cals

Okay didn't realise we had blogs so I started a thread on the Weight Loss Diary board, will put it here instead I think...if I remember LOL

Hiya everyone!

Right firstly I will give you an insight into who I am

My name is Jo, I'm 25yrs old and I have 4 kids (5 if you include the DP :P). Robbie 6.5, Billy 4.5, Isabella 3 and Harry 12mths.
We live in SE London.

I started off cutting out the junk food 2weeks ago, then I went onto SlimFast...

I started the lipotrim diet on Thursday, Have found it difficult, and unfortunatly cheated on saturday and ate some chicken. Have done realy well since and am determinded to loose weight, i want to loose around 6 stone, so along journey ahead.

Am finding it qiute difficult to drink so much water, am always on the loo and am not drinking the req litres,

I just want to be slim
