Ketostixs still not turning, but have decided to ignore them. I have all other signs of ketosis, manky mouth, appetite supression and weight/inch loss.

Scales have dropped down the way and I will post Friday as to the final result after week 1, along with inches dropped, which I have to say has been very reassuring also.

Note to self: Plan more meals in advance. I went a bit mental in Asda and walked about throwing chickens, steaks, bacons, sausages etc in the trolley....
