I've started slimfast today!

I've never done anything like this but thought it might help me with my weight loss so here goes........

I'm nearly 27 and have 2 gorgeous kids aged 6 and 1. Before my eldest was born I weighed between 9 1/2 and 10 stone which was slightly underweight as I'm 5 foot 11. I put on alot of weight with my eldest not so much with the pregnancy but in the first year. My weight yo-yo between 12 1/2 and 13 1/2 stone up until a had my little boy since then (apart from slimming of a holiday last...

Ah Hah

Only just found this option. I'm on CDSS day 17. Can't believe i've made it this far ! Best ever achievement (on other diets) has been 2 weeks.

Did have a blip yesterday. DH was cooking BBQ - and I just had to eat... 2 burgers & a sausage.
Checked this morning & I was still in Ketosis ... and had a cold sausage for breakfast

Back on the straight and narrow now. WI now on a Wednesday lunchtime... get through tomorrow with lots of water & then I'll...

well first weigh in and i've lost 9lbs!!!
very happy, was hoping for a bit more (v inpatient!!lol) but i am happy only 1 stone 5lbs to go before i can go for ivf!

Positive thoughts

Had an awful weekend but i've already posted about that so lets not go there. Positive for the rest of the week till the friday weigh in! I've had a small serving of special k so far today, although I was shocked to see theyre slightly more calorific than cheerios! Which makes me wonder why cheerios are supposed to be so bad... Anyway, I have my lunch with me - a little bit of rice and chicken, half a pitta bread and some yoghurt. Oh and a nectarine. Walk after work and my late night exercises...
