i have just joined to get help & support and to chat to other people who are trying to change their weight etc...im 20 years old and recently had a baby boy in january this year (2008) so 5 months after giving birth i think its about time i got rid of my post pregnancy bulges. I have already lost 3lb over 3 weeks due to good eating (and the occasional chocolate) but want to lose 2 stone more to get to 9 1/2 stone which is apparently healthy for my 5"2 height.
