I had a big binge this evening. I'm having a fresh start tomoro. I'm 10 stone and my first goal is 9stone.

As the title says I'm feeling really tired today. I've done nothing much other than go shopping in tesco's, I did buy some vitamins and cod liver supplements. My legs and knees are giving me a lot of pain lately, this maybe due to the little bit of weight I've loss, or the amount of water I've been drinking.

I've noticed my clothes are getting too big to wear, so I'm now one size down Hoorah, this is a major acheivement for me. I spent yesterday on the net ordering 3 new outfits...

I'm in week 6 of CD on SS and have just discovered the blog section. Obviously I don't have brilliant observation skills!!!! Not really sure what to write in here but i guess it's just a place I can vent, talk about my day, how I'm doing etc etc.

I was on nights last night and I find it really throws me out. I'm starving today and could just drag up a chair to my fridge and eat the contents!!! Must resist! I have lost 23lbs so far and I can tell from my clothes but no one has noticed...

Well today I am restarting officially! Last night I made a nice Cambridge jelly with some water flavouring so I know I can have a littloe nibble of that when I get desperate.

I'm slightly aprehensive about starting as I did begin to feel quite nauseous towards day 4. This week however my daughter is back at nursery so I'm able to do some mummy things to keep my mind off the tummy rumbles and sickness.
