Today I am feeling down. I am at my heaviest weight ever(apart from when I've been pregnant). I can't believe I have got to this point. Food is on my mind 24/7...and yet, so is dieting! I feel rough today. Had a very large mcdonalds very late last night and I'm sure feeling the effects! Plus I had almost a bottle of wine, crisps, chocolate, dunkers etc etc. I had salad too but that should hardly count! Why can't I just stick to the goddam diet? I am so annoyed with myself for spending all this money...
