I started with a shake this morning and water and one for lunch then I went to see CDC (I had some pkts left from last time) I've gone onto SSplus a 200kcal meal. I've stuck to it and it's only now at 10.30pm I feel I want to munch on something that's why I'm doing this to keep me going until bed time. I found a good tracker online which you download and all you have to do is put in your weekly weight...

I made the family a nice dinner last night and the smell was overwhelming. But...I DID IT!! I have called my CDC today, arranged a visit on Friday for both myself and my partner, and will keep going. I printed myself off some motivational and brain training quotes yesterday to read out aloud every day. I did get tempted last night and in fact I am very tempted now to eat...but...
