Successful Day 2

Well I have been on the scales about 10 times over the last 24 hours!!! thhis morning I weight 17st 12. that's 5lb gone 110 to go!!!
Stuck to it today, I did have a small glass of coke zero when I felt hungry about 4pm.
Headache has kicked in!!
Ketones haven't!!!

worried about tomorrow night, we have booked to go and watch a band (we have had this booked for sometime) My CDC said it would be ok to have a couple of vodka and diet cokes then I wouldn't feel such a...

Thinking of starting Cambridge diet or Lighter Life

Hi,

I am Sharon and weight about 22 stone 7 pounds, I have tried Slimming world and done well but the weight loss is very slow and not been doing too well recently! Looking to got some advice before deciding on CD or LL. Hope to get down to 11 stone 7 pounds, looking to lose weight to help me concieve a baby with my husband, also in a few years I would like to join the Royal Navy or TA.

Woke up feeling pretty good. Weighed myself (I know, naughty) and have lost 5 pounds since Tuesday!

Gag! I remember hating "Thai Chili" on LighterLife and this is pretty much exactly the same flavour. I know loads of people love this flavour, but not me. Won't be ordering that one again.

Start weight 19th June - 220lbs (15st 10lbs)
Current weight - 212lbs (15st 2lbs)

Should have started this on day 1. Didn't see it till now. Had my first official weigh in today and I'm 8lbs down. I'm so chuffed.

I'm having some problems with the soups. I don't like vegetable anymore. Chicken and Mushroom is okay but I'll probably go off it aswell. CDC gave me Brocolli and Cheese to try, it doesn't sound nice. Hope I'm wrong.
