Well, this is Day 7 of Lighter Life for me. What a week.

The first 3 days I felt awful. After being very excited about starting, I was disillusioned by the taste of the packs. Hate the soups, and the shakes all seem soooo sweet. I saved a chocolate shake to have as hot chocolate on my first evening, and I nearly vomited!! So it was definitely down to earth with a bump.

By day 3 my mouth was furry and dry, despite drinking all the water, and my eldest was asking me...

I really should be doing this at the end of the day but just had to spread my good news!!!!!

I have been doing SS+ for 4 whole days (today doesn't count yet as it's not over) and i've kept to it 99% (small blip that wasn't really a blip My fella and I allowed myself 1 vodka and diet coke because I was promoted at work and we were on a night out anyway, I only had 1 and I don't even like Vodka and coke but didn't want to go down the pear Kopperberg alley as it got about a million calories...

Well I am still Sole Sourcing 100% woooohooooo! Was poorly yesterday with the squits, however my daughter had it too so think we both had a bug

Today I feel ok, but little munchkin has a cough. Concerned that she might have croup as one of the other kids at the childminders had it last week - fun

I have however worked out that
1)If I lose 5lb this week I will have lost over 10% of my bodyweight in just over 3 weeks
2)If I can maintain a 5lb lose average...
