My day stareted with a trip to comet to purchase some superduper 'wakeupandsmellthecoffeeyoufatgirl' body analyser scales £32, however when I got to the shop I suddenly felt ashamed and embarrassed about buying scales in public. I can just imagine what the sales people are thinking... you wont fit on these scales....yes it's about time you weighed yourself you fat cow...too little too late. oh the shame

SO.. last Wednesday I went back to see my long-suffering CDC and she very kindly took me back. Am typing this to take my mind off food/eating. I'm not SS'ing but trying to stay on the 810 plan. Pretty difficult without a book but I haven't got a clue where mine is. Have got to ask BigSis to bring hers over so...

Well I was back in the 14's but just had a couple of days of eating
Unfortunately I craved a subway on Saturday and yesterday attended a football barbeque and in between my cravings and barbeue food I have eaten a lot of rubbish like crisps and biscuits.

I am back on SS today. I am determined not to give up. I have had blips before and I will have blips again. Just need to get over it and back on track

My weight loss is still 5lbs this week so mustn't...
