Well I've stopped counting in days & gone onto weeks now!
Still feeling amazing and have quite a spring in my step now. 2 stone 9 lighter (still a long way to go but getting there!!)
Had a docs apointment today & he was so pleased with my loss I thought he was going to cry! He is happy for me to continue with the diet & my blood preasure & heart rate were fantastic. My BMI is now below 40 (just) that's down 10 and I am now obesity class 2 instaed of class 3. Still a looooong...

kinda messed up my day today.

I had another morning of feeling dizzy today but it soon passed when I got to work. Weighed myself again this morning and I've lost 10 and a bit pounds. I really struggled last night - my boyfriend is on WW and cooked himself a chicken stir fry which smelt delicious and for some reason this made me get all emotional (daft mare!).

I am a big foodie - I watch cookery programmes, cook loads and talk about food a lot so I think it all hit home last night how hard I am finding things....

I had my 5th WI and I've lost 1lb. So thats 19lbs in 5wks. Which is good. My goal this week is too be 100% and not to cheat. Also not to way myself until I get weighed next week. I can do this.
