had a tetri this mornin so was grand aftr that have drank 2 an half litre of water all ready so guna get as much in dr as possible.
Heard you shouldnt try the receipes till wk 2 but i sed feck it haha gonna have a choc bar for lunch!!

Ok started cambridge diet yes was grand up untill last nyt had a pounding headache. Drank 5.5 litres of water so maybe need ta get a bit morein there.
Hopefully tomorro will be ok
