I swore that I wouldn't cheat this time but I have to confess I have eaten chicken breasts this week. I have still lost over 10 1/2 lbs this week but it should have been more had I not weakened.

My excuse is that my boyfriend's father and stepmother visited us this weekend and it's all about the food. My bf's Dad eats like a horse (and very loudly too) so it was sooo hard. I gave in and had a chicken breast with a bit of courgette.
