Well, I've been away in the South of France for a week with the family. I decided I was going to have a meal in St Tropez on the Sunday, and I'd have grilled fish and salad ..... So from Wednesday to Sunday I stayed in abstinence, and we found a lovely restaurant in St Tropez for my holiday meal. I was very naughty and had a starter as well - tuna sashimi - and then scallops wrapped in bacon with a green salad. It was truly manna from heaven and I really enjoyed it. Managed not to nick any...

Day 2 nearly over

Day 2 nearly over and i don'tfeel too bad. Haven't craved food but have drank soooo much water Seem to have spent most of the day peeing
Feeling good in myself i have to say.Soooooo determined to be a thin me by christmas
Don't think anyone will read this but it makes me feel better writing it.I used o write a diary but nosey brothers and even nosier boyfriends stopped all that .....
Anyway,start weight was 15st 10lbs, want to be 10.5 by christmas ...

Okay, how many times have you heard this 'I'll eat today and officially start my diet tomorrow'????

That is exactly what I will be doing, eating today and officially starting tomorrow......After many weeks, months, & years of saying 'this year is gona be the year' and failing, I have decided ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.....no more feeling sorry for myself, no more eating rubbish and no more having to be miss nice to people just because I am a little over weight........I've got to the point...

hi im new to all this
i need motivation as im just starting a diet and need to lose 95lb by xmas im 15 stone 2lb im only 5ft 2 and need to lose weight or my doctor will kick me off his books
i have ddd(degenerated disc diesease ) which is very painful i have a cross trainer and weights at home but been put on fit for life at dagenham swimming pool which starts in aug i need diet buddies to influence me into loseing this weight

Well i did cambridge for a couple of weeks and lost a stone but have since done nothing but eat :-( Today i am strating on the longer journey of losing the 6 stone that i need to and this time i am going to do it. I have never ever been thin and i'm 38 now. I want to wear pretty clothes and feel good about myself. I know it can be done and i know it works so fingers crossed i do it this time.
