Week 3 Day 7 - Must not give up

I think it's going wrong this week. I'll be lucky to have lost anything.

The TOTM cravings have really buggered me up and although I don't think I have binged as such I have eaten more than previous weeks. I suspect some of it is water retention becuase my tummy is hard. But still I'm feeling quite rubbish and there is a low level grumpiness about me too.

Strength in Numbers

This morning I've come to the realisation that I am actually quite a strong person! I think this has something to do with all the years of disappointment I've had to face when it comes to losing weight. But now I'm doing CD and the weight is melting off me (I love the mental image I get when I say that), I feel stronger than ever. My willpower is so strong right now.

I guess I'm really lucky to feel like this. I know a lot of others...

So the scales today say 13.5!! Yay 9lbs gone. Really happy with my loss esp as its now my TOTM. Guess I will probably not see much of a difference this time next week but it had to happen at some point!

Yesterday was a struggle with nice weather had an extra shake for 2nd day in a row but I was very active so i dont mind. Went on about 1hr30 walk and a 40min bike ride (my gears are broken so it was hard).

Today its raining thankfully but makes me wonder if I will go out...

Week 3 Day 6 - hard saturday

So I still have the cravings. I've succombed a bit but not completely let things go. Defintely one of the worst days yet but I've not given up.

Breakfast: Porridge and honey
Snacks: Jelly and popcorn (measured out bag so I didn't go mad)
Lunch: Carrots and hummous and the rest of the minestrone soup
Afternoon: the failed jelly shapes. 10 ice cream wafers.
