Good morning, feeling confident and looking forward to scanning the blogs for some recipes today... its a beautiful south australian morning and I have no excuse but to go for a walk.

Another aim is to make my blog more interesting so someone other than myself.

Ok so I have really let myself go. I just pray I can stick to this brilliant diet which I so know works. Giving myself 12 weeks - no cheating planned, no excuses.

1st Goal - see it out for the week
2nd Goal - Good weight loss for first week
3rd Goal take it day by day
4th Goal get into all those clothes I currently cannot fit into
5th Goal - See a real difference and where that pair of jeans I bought at the beginning of the year and have never worn!

11st 2lbs yesterday - but 11st 4lbs this morning. I ate around 5 cereal bars last night, one after another, plus 2 or 3 cheddar baby bels. Truly unbelievable. And I can't even remember what they tasted like! I started on the cereal bars to take away the nausea from having had 2 pieces of bread - it always makes me feel sick and yet I still keep trying it! Doh!

I've been ironing all day so far. Might go and plant something in a bit. I've got all day tomorrow off, but need to...
