Week 3 Day 2 - Long day

Well back to work I have gone. I didn't want to go this morning but turned out to be not to bad. Just a long day, I didn't get home until after 8.

Anyway, I ate:
Crunchy Nut Cornflakes with some sliced banana
Apple
Tuna mayo with wholegrain mustard (try it, it's fab) sandwich
Banana
2 Garibaldi
2 George Formaned Chicken Thighs with roasted mushrooms, red and yellow peppers and red onion with a bit of red pepper humous
Sugar free jelly

I can't belive how supportive everyone at work is being. They're amazing! Even people I don'tknow that well have been coming up to me saying how well I look.And the truth is I actually feel fantastic. The 17lbs I've lost so far have started to show and I feel great. Before when I've dieted, the euphoria of my inital weightloss wore off really quickly as my losses slowed to 1lb a week. Once I started to feel better about myself I started to get complacent with...

Day 2 - 91 days!

Well I made it through my nightshift had a little doze well all 20 mins of it. Some people are sooooo rude!! (and calm)

I am amazed I made it through and very pleased I think if I make it through the next few days it should be plain sailing!

Saw 2lbs loss on scales which is whats happened before. All good hoping for a large loss this week to help motivate me. Saying that the last time I half heartedly tried it didn't help that much.

Begining of week 3

Oh dear, what a weekend, drunk friday saturday and sunday. Only lost 1lb and that cost be £34.65!!! get a grip gal...I s'pose on the bright side that's 9lb in 3 weeks, so if I'm very good this week I should lose a whole heap more.
Any tips for keeping off the wine would be gratefully rec'd.
