Tongue Tied and Twisted

For the past couple of days I've had the weirdest feeling in my mouth, it's so hard to describe, but it kind of feels like I've got something 'stuck' on my tongue. No amount of brushing has helped so yesterday I bought a tongue scraper. And today I called in to see the pharmacist. It turns out I have oral thrush - blinking marvellous! So I've taken the antifungal tablet he gave me and I'm now hoping it goes away quickly, cos it feels gross.

Ok, so I've been on LT for a while, in fact I had my 6th weigh-in yesterday, and all together I've lost 2 stone and 2 pounds. I am absolutely thrilled by my weight loss! But I've hit a snag!!!
This snag is acquaintances...ie people whom I know but are not close friends, and take the form of saboteurs..
You know the type of person..they congratulate you afer they ask details, then say how while they did on the diet in the past, and then say that you will regain it just like they did....

well here i am 28 and still not slim .. hmm ,so i guess this is gona be my last try at it and im going to succeed ,especially since i found u guys ,the support is great and if i find it getting too hard for me i know i can come here and change my mind ....

Well I couldnt face writing about my so called life yesterday - not because of the diet which is good. Anyway life feels a little more upbeat today I am very enthusiastic esp as its not 92 days to go its 87!!!

Yesterday there was no scale movement today it was minus 2 6 days and I now 13.6 from 14.0 thats 8lbs!! Very impressed tho feel it may be slow for next week as feel its TOTM coming. Hey ho as long as can feel other benefits like clothes being loose etc and the flat belly oh and...

Yesterday I said that every day brings a new challenge and I wasn't wrong.

Today's challenge: Time of the month!!!

Cue major craving alert. I want sugar and carbs.

I was sitting feeling really really bad about it . And then I had a word with myself. I decided that instead of being uber strict and then forcing myself towards a binge and potentially falling off the wagon I would allow something small to satisfy myself.
