Fading

It's been a week now, and I am getting depressed about this. I've been walking 2 miles, exercising to videos, and just making sure I am more active in general. I also have not cheated on the Slim Fast plan, and yet when I weighed this morning, I gained a pound. Why?

Okay, it is that time of the month. I usually gain about 7 or 8 pounds- and that didn't happen, so that's good.

I also MAY be under eating. I was worried that I'm eating too much by not logging my calories...

Well, not sure what has gone on with me the last few days. Had a **** awful couple of days at work. Ate chocolate, loads of it. Big bars of it and didnt stop for breath until halfway through second bar. Felt sooooooo ill I swear my skin had turned green. Ended up having the most grotesque nightmare Friday night/Saturday morning, probably caused by a chocolate overload but it really upset me and I didn't want to shut my eyes on Saturday night.
