ok week 24 already how time has flown. weight day today and my stall has finally moved, a loss of 2lbs, a good loss, not too fast. as i am approaching the end of my first 6 motnh post bypass i am fully expecting the loss to slow down to just a pound or two a week. i will have to get my butt into gear on the exercise after i recover from my gallbladder op on the 7th aug.

i will take more pics and update my visual look on the weight loss next week.

I'm having a gastric bypass op at walsall manor 10th July 2009, so have started my pre-op diet (26/06/2009). I have choosen to do plan 2, which is the one its more like a natural daily diet with 3 meals a day.
