Lesson learned

I should really be upset with myself this weekend, but I'm not.

I've done so well on Slim Fast, not cheating-and better still not feeling deprived. So when my friend called and asked if she could come down from Wakefield for the weekend, I said sure. My friend and I are exact opposites, except that she too has a weight problem. A very severe, unmanaged weight problem. 2 Months Later...............

Well, haven't blogged about the house sale for two months because absolutely nothing has happened! No viewings, no contact from the agent, nothing. Several people have suggested a board, but I'm waiting for the agent to suggest it herself. And I've noticed that they are only advertising in the local paper, not the county-wide paper. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. In fact I'm having to fight paranoia - she never really liked me, perhaps she is deliberately sabotaging the sale........

Sunny sunday

well I din't quite manage aq full day on CD - went out for dinner on Friday evening and then Mikes mum came over last night and we went out for a chinese - which was very nice, so back to day 1 today and already thinking of going out for tea I can CD all day but as soon as dinner time arrives I want food - and because I'm so hungry I want lots of it

going to dig in today though off for a soak in the bath then to bingo so that will keep me busy and Mike...

more thoughts

Why do I turn to food as soon as anything in life trips me up or spurs me on - I guess you'd class it as an emotional eater - but I use food for every emotion

I've read books about being addicted to food and why can't I stop eating but haven't found them particularly useful - hence I thought I'd blog my discoveries along the way I'm going to use this to question my motives for eating and setting myself up for failure
