I had a day's leave from work today. I've paid some bills, cleared some paperwork, walked the dog, got the groceries and fell asleep in front of daytime tv. I tried a yoga dvd this morning and felt very centred afterwards - maybe yoga is something I can do regularly. Worth trying.

Interesting experience after eating a bag of chocolate peanuts. I was really hungry when I was doing the shopping and bought the peanuts to 'keep me going'. It was after 2pm so I really should have stopped...

Well put on a pair of white trousers which were skin tiht 4 weeks ago and they'r dead baggy now! Also had a bath and noticed my thighs weren't 'dam'ing the water anymore and that the small bathsheet that I hate actually fits round me enough to 'be decent' in!

OWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW! This pain is horrendous it's killing me - contacted Dentist and basically told it'll settle down !!!???!!! aaargh it hurts so bad! And now it's the weekend and can oly take pain killers every 4 hours...

My son moved into his first house a month ago and he lives over 20 miles away from me now. It's not a huge distance, but far enough to make 'popping in' unfeasible. Anyway, my pc had lost the internet on Monday and I'd tried everything to get it back but couldn't. And when I got home last night, he was here and had fixed it for me! It was so wonderful to see him and to have my internet connection back!! I was really surprised at how bereft I felt without it.

My tooth HURTS like BIG time - and it's messing my mind/ CD up! I have to eat something with the tablets and antibiotics I got today as so strong !!Arrrgh! Looking at this powerplate mallarchy and my m8 is doing hula hooping on the wii-fit - she lost 8lbs this last week! Hmmm....x

I keep changing my mind. Lol! I've decided to go back to the CD. The losses were good and I need continue with the plan to the end. As last time I finished at 810. So here I go. My start weight is 11st. So hopefully I'll have a good loss next week.
