For the last couple of days I have been putting my hand to my mouth if I am talking to people. As my OH told me my breath was bad. I don't taste anything, but there is like an oily feel to my teeth and tongue, even with teeth brushing. I wonder is this to stay till I finish on LT!!!

I think I am kicking into a routine with this now. When I find it too much in the evenings. Bath n bed for me!! Totm this week for me, so I don't know if i will lose anything. Fingers crossed I do. (as long as I don't put weight on ). There are some trully inspiring reads on this forum, as well as photos. And I hope to be like them, and help others too some day.

Does anyone else find the weekends tough? I really find it seems much longer days. Roll on monday!!

Today was w/i day. And I got on great. Which really spurred me on for the day!! I wasnt tempted by food, I wasnt thinking about food. I hope I still have this attitude tomorrow! Bring it on

well here i am back here again , 30 now and still not where i want to be , but the good thing is im 196 pounds 6 pounds lighter then when i left here last time ... not as far to go as i had before so the finishing line is just around the corner
