Feel The Burn!!!

Well I did it, I've been to the gym! And man am I feeling it now. I can't believe how unfit I've becoming in the 2 months I've not been. Everything was so hard. But I feel so much better for going. I don't know what I was so worried about because it's still the same people there, that were there before. It didn't seem too daunting when I walked in. So I'm finally back in the swing of it, yay. And do you know what - I've missed it!!

I'm watching How To Get What You Want, at the moment....

LLL 8TH WEEK.

WEIGH IN TONIGHT, LOST ANOTHER 5LB.WOW WOW, THAT'S 27LB IN 8 WEEKS NOW. ONLY 13LB TO GO TO GET TO MY 10ST TARGET. SOOOO PLEASED,FABULOUS I SHALL FINALLY BE SLIM FOR THE SUMMER!!! Current Weights and Measurements

As of 1st March 2010.

I am in week 12 of my 20 week diet

total loss weeks 1 - 11 = 16.5 kilo total

week 12 = 0.9 kilos = 2 lb

Total loss = 17.4 kilos = 38.3 lb = 2 stone 10 getting soo close to the 3 stone now

Goal = 68 kilos

I also did a measure this week total inches lost are as follows

waist = 8
Chest = 5.5
Hips = 7.5
R Bicep = 2
L Bicep = 2
R thigh...

Where I am now

Well the diet i started gave you a goal / aim. Based on their findings it would take me approximatley 20 weeks to get to my goal.

I am starting on week 12 now and I hope there should be a big difference to where I started.

I am now wearing size 8 - 12 clothes

I feel fantastic

My skin and hair is amazing

and more importantly I am not hungry and the old me is coming back.

Why diet this time

Since leaving school my weight has always gone up and down. It was a combination of doing a lot or exercise and teaching fitness with being accident prone – so I would injure myself and not be able to exercise but still into my carb based diet.

Over the years I have tried every diet possible but loosing weight has never been a problem to me its been keeping the weigh off.

In December 2006 I gave up teaching aerobics and I managed to go from a size 8 to an 18 in a year...
