I've only got one more '
event' before a nice stretch of empty weeks in my social calendar. So I can really focus on being 100%.
I'm finally back at the gym
and loving it. I've downloaded the C25K podcasts, and by my reckoning I should have conquered the 5K by the beginning of May which should tie in nicely with my new goal of getting to target by my birthday on the 31st of May.
I'm feeling really positive, despite my thumping 'Day 1' headache
