Well, long story short, here i am again. (dont say anything now!) Just wanted to get my blog up and running again so i can start posting every day...again.

Cor, this diet is hard going. It trully takes every ounce of strength i have just to make it through the day. I lost that 1lb i put on when i came off SS last week so i'm back in the 11s which makes me very happy, and will spur me on the DO IT THIS TIME!

Why do i always always manage this diet for 8 days then quit? Well,...

Well well well, day 6 was a nightmare. HAs some serious "toilet" issues. Sorry if this is TMI but i'd hate for anyone starting this diet to think that it's just plain sailing.
I couldn't control myself where going to the toilet was concerned, i got very upset about it, went to my mothers and CRIED.
She gave me some chicken to nibble on but i couldnt face it. I think my problem - it's either down to stress, or the concentrated nutrients in the tetras.

What an utterly crap day!

It started ok, made my way through day 4 of SS without any problems, even woke up to see the scales smile "12st 0" at me - 8lbs in 6 days!! Anyway, Oli and I had a mad tidy up and sorted the washing before work at 12....
Now,i dont know how, but it got VERY busy in work and it was constant all day. I've got no energy due to SSing,and i do a lot of lifting and am constantly active in work. Surely as a supervisor i should "supervise"...

I feel like i need to note down some thoughts cos my mind is faltering. If i can make it till 4.30pm i'll make it through day 4.

Last night i had a chat with the OH, it was a long time coming, and it was all about my addiction with food.

It started as i just turned around and asked him "Do you realise i'm obsessed with food?"Then it all came out.

I don't think i've ever been so grateful to have an assignment in! It's helped me take my mind off things so much that i've stuck to SS 100%

Day 2
Woke up at silly o'clock, got some research done for my assignment and worked my way through 4.5litres of water, 3 GTs, and 3 coffees. Used my fabby new blender to whizz up a choc shake & ice cubes (yum!), and didnt even fancy picking. Olis order from firebox came through, and as a free gift they sent some sweets - EVIL EVIL PEOPLE!...
