I really like the bars but not too sure if they are right for me. I just want to eat them one after another!!! No side effects from them and it is great to chew but think I will not have them for a few weeks xx

Well I've stopped counting in days & gone onto weeks now!
Still feeling amazing and have quite a spring in my step now. 2 stone 9 lighter (still a long way to go but getting there!!)
Had a docs apointment today & he was so pleased with my loss I thought he was going to cry! He is happy for me to continue with the diet & my blood preasure & heart rate were fantastic. My BMI is now below 40 (just) that's down 10 and I am now obesity class 2 instaed of class 3. Still a looooong...

I'm still doing great. Feeling great, pleased wiyh how the weight loss is going and happy with the diet. was struggling earlier in the week with having my 3 meals a day as I just didn't think about them and as I don't feel hungry didn't have that urge to have something. Sorted that by setting the alarm on my phone to remind me lol!! Starting to feel a difference in my clothes now all my faves are getting really lose-yeahhhhh!! Not doing mch at weekend so should be okay with that and looking forward...

Weigh day today and WOOOOHOOOO!!!!

Well I am feeling really happy with myself had my first week weigh in yesterday and had lost 14lb yes thats a stone!!!
I am sooooo pleased and feeling really motivated. Not had any problems as yet and finding the whole thing so easy to do (i'm sure that will change in time!) and haven't had any of the nasty side effects cept a well bad taste in my mouth!! Only one flavour, that i've tried, I couldn't stand o finish and that was the chocolate orange!!! I did have the spicy tomato last night...
