so i had my first weigh in today and am soo happy iv lost 10lbs yay ...

im on day 7 of the cd and feel fine ,
cant wait to be weigh but just worried i wont loss have as much as most on here ,
lots have lost like 10lbs in week one so i hope im around that ,
well mums doin the family a roast today im going round as ky will have dinner there , but i will just sit in the bedroom and have a shake lol
