first week over!!

i have been off minimins for couple of days but had my first week weigh in last nite and i lost 1 and half!!
pure delighted!!!
also got my college results and managed to PASS all my exams so second year here i come!!
went out for few drinks and meal (no chips) last nite was fab and will have to reduce my points all this week but determind to stay focused!!
nearly there!! :)

day 4 on ww

ok day 4 of my new start on ww. had some chips to day for my dinner had the points for them but still feel crappy after eating them (after having potatoes all week) so think ill limit the amount of times i do eat them as much as possible!!!(im learning haha)
have done a half hour every night on the wii fit dunno if its helping but least its something!!

have only drank one litre of water today so gonna try drink another two before i go asleep.
weighed myself last night...
nearly there!! :)

ok day 3 on ww over with saved 5 pts but not hungry so ill leave them hanging for a little while haha
i even managed to go back to drinking my 4 litres of water to day hav done 100 situps and an hour on the wii fit hopefully i can stay this good all week!! only 4 days to weigh in!!!!!!!!!!
