ooops. seem to have forgotten to enter my week 10 loss. well another 4 lbs gone forever!

another 3 lbs this week, so thats 43 in total.
9 weeks of 100%, only hope i can keep this up to the end!

another 3lbs offf.... was a bit gutted, really wanted to do 4 lbs, but hey ho

life is a bit **** atm. especially in my head. just cant be arsed to do anything today and yet i'm soooo bored i could scream!!!
nothing diet related, just wanna run away to the sun all by myself.
ah well, theres always someone worse off than you are, so positive thoughts time i guess.........

done my wii sports a couple more times now. have a slightly pulled muscle in back of left thigh from getting a little carried away with the bowling game lol.
have lots more spots now thanks to the rosea thing i've got. and another week or so of more spots coming out. they itch a bit, but copeable with for now. just hope i dont get too many that will be on show should we get any decent weather!!!!
oh well time for first shake of the day!!!
