have lots more spots now thanks to the rosea thing i've got. and another week or so of more spots coming out. they itch a bit, but copeable with for now. just hope i dont get too many that will be on show should we get any decent weather!!!!<br />
oh well time for first shake of the day!!!</div>

and 1 have passed my 1/4 of the way mark in 7 weeks, and have less than 100lbs left to lose.<br />
if i can get the other 3/4 done in 21 weeks, i'll be a very happy bunny!lol<br />
just looked, at 21 weeks would take to 8th dec. what a fab christmas pressie that would be!</div>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div>i thought i would start my own little blog about my cambridge journey. more of a place to get thoughts out really. i dont feel too comfortable on the forums since the whole 100% v cheaters weekend kicked off, and have remained quite quiet since. i read the forums lots but dont tend to reply any more.<br />
i started my cambridge journey weighing in at 20st 12lbs on 14th may 2008. (sadly not the heaviest i have weighed) having not really done a diet for a couple of years. made crappy attempts at a few, but i wasnt in the right place mentally.<br />
7 weigh ins later, i have lost 37lbs and am now 18stone 3lb. brill start but still a long way to go.<br />
first 2 weeks were easy going, but week 3 brought a shock. my first TOTM for 7 years.<br />
week 4 i felt sick constantly, but stuck to plan.(didnt fancy food anyway)<br />
week 5 brought back my TOTM which has stayed with me ever since!!!<br />
the day i started cd my dad went into hospital following a minor heart attack, and i spent the next 2 weeks packing my shakes and blender and travelling back and for to wales to support my mum and visit my dad. (dad is fine now)<br />
i go out for a family meal every saturday night, and have stuck to water, black coffee or a boullion, and apart from one incident with an onion ring (why do people play with their food??????) i have not even been tempted by anything, and not a drop of alcohol has passed my lips, despite being an ex landlady with a lot of drinking years under my belt.<br />
although i feel the diet is easy, it hasnt been a walk in the park. having an almost constant TOTM is wearing, feeling sick for 2 weeks was wearing, and my new problem is a rosecea(?) rash will i'm told is harmless but will spread for the next week or so, and take up to 3 weeks to disappear.<br />
but the way i see it is that i had totm when i was fat, got ill when i was fat, and had problems when i was fat, didnt stop me being fat, so why should i let it stop me being slim?<br />
my cdc regulary asks me how i'm doing, and the stock answer is fine, i'm just doing what i do. This to me is what cambridge is about. we choose to do it to eliminate having to make any food choices while we lose the weight we need to lose, and re-educate ourselves through maintenance so we dont return to our bad old habits.<br />
i have now started to build in a little exercise to my daily routine, and started on Wii sports last week, while i am trying to get hold of a wii fit. this is mainly for toning as when i have lost the entire 8 stone + that i want to, i am likely to have some saggy skin, so thought i would start work on it now. <br />
Well i think thats a long enough ramble for today, back soon!</div>
