Well, just a quick note to let you know that I have my first meeting with my CDC tomorrow night! Very excited but very nervous too about how I'll feel without the food!

Going into town today with MIL for our last lunch at our favourite Italian cafe (until things get normal after I reach my goal weight!) and to buy a size 14 top to hang on my wardrobe as an incentive to lose the weight! I can't remember when I last fit into size 14!!

I know my weight loss wont be as much...

Anyhoo! First weigh in tomorrow morning and I think I lost 2lbs then gained one Not good!! Oh well... only my first week, got plenty of time to go yet!

I have my driving test on Tuesday morning and am really excited at the prospect of being able to drive on my own!! wowee! It'll be scary though If I pass it'll give me such a boost to ge some more exercise in next week
