Thank you! Today has been the worst yet with temptations and my willpower is at breaking point! I even grilled a quorn burger - dry fried (albeit with a bit of water) some slices of courgette at lunch and have just had to walk out of the kitchen after cutting some fresh brown bread and toasting - I've left them in the toaster!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
&I'M ONLY ON DAY 4!!!!
I'm so hungry!!! I've had toffee coffee tetra and banana (just now), that food above not to forget my porridge at 6am this morning - am trying to get to that water target and am doing better- but had some goings on emotionally and finding it really tough not to stray .... I JUST/ I MUST STAY ON TRACK!!!

I've not done CD although I considered it but my weight at the moment required my doctor agreeing and he wouldn't so put me on Xenical - I may yet join you.

Thank you sweetheart! I'm so obsessed - have put wrong day on my latest entry! I do not know anything about you (as I can't see your details till I get 50 posts) but I orig went for gastric band - my PCT said no cos not 'ill' enough with illnesses. Gutted was not the word I can't afford private surgery and need to lose a collossal amount. In for a penny/ pound if I don't do it now I never will - and my vices are all mental!!= no will power/ emotional eater etc; so I turned to do this as I (hopefully LOL!) get fast results. I'm kinda hoping to shed bout 4 stone on this then maybe go on to WW or SW to get healthy eating habits and food on board in a safe manner LOL! - also I hope to be slim enough to then dare join a gym or go swimming!! Please stay in touch and let me know what you decide...whichever way I hope we stay in touch and support each other..btw I have just joined a group you may wanna look at: it's for peeps wanting to lose 6stone or more called Sunshine Team! I found them pretty good and it's nice when you find like minded isn't it?
