Day 6 - have I lost any or am I imagining it?

Day 6
(typo error on last entry). gradually settling into this and needing food less - having said that; cos I didn't make ox roast last night I had bit of chicken and 2tbsp peas! I'm on a no man's plan at mo but seemingly more 810 than Sole Source but will kick food into touch when get more seriously into this - trying not to lose sight that this is my first week and got to remember I am eating SO much less than say last week. So whatever the dreaded scales say on Monday I am doing the best that I can. x
