Keep Calm and Keep Positive
I think every one of us has felt like that, hence why the forum is so popular!
WW & SW are very different diets, I follow SW cause I don't like to feel hungry, WW tends to control your portions, but it also lets you eat cake and choc quite freely, where SW you can only eat healthy foods freely. ( I may be a bit biased..)
Use this forum as a tool to keep you motivated - which ever plan you decide on there are plenty of recipes and people out there to offer support and advice. There are also teams who weigh in on set days of the week - maybe you could join one of those so you are reporting to someone as oppose to going to class.
Good luck whatever you choose to do, you have already taken the first step by deciding you are going to improve your eating - whatever happens, try and stay positive
