Hmm, well it's been 2 years since I posted my first blog entry.

The good news is that over 5 months I lost 5 stone and got down to 10 stone 2lbs, and a Size 10!.

The bad news is that although the diet worked, my mind didn't stop wanting the bad things in life, so here I am 2 years later, 13 stone and about to re-embark on my CD journey.

I know CD works, I know the first week is hell, and I know that after that it's all mind over matter.
