A little about me... I’m a 30 yr old female from west Yorkshire, been married 11 yrs and a mom of three 1 boy and two girls. I’m 4ft 11 inches and weigh 12st 4lbs (that was my weight on Monday when weighed by CDC) I think I need to lose about 5 stones. But that’s not a goal iv set I’m going to take each amount lost as a achievement.
This is my 1st entry although im on day four of my CD. the 1st day didn’t seem all that hard im used to not eating for long periods of time, my 1st meal of the day used to be at around 2pm i have no idea why i had that eating pattern.
The 2nd day i had a bad headache and felt really weak and out of it. That soon passed.
Day 3 i was really hungry but felt better when i drank water. my biggest problem is water im not a big fan, i hardly ever drank water. i prefer coke and not just the 1 glass im afraid.
Today i did my ketosis test the strip showed a dark pink colour so im guessing that’s okay don’t have anything to compare it with, was given the stick by my CDC.
For some reason i really don't feel like having any water today i aim for the 2 1/2 litres everyday i just about manage it by bedtime. I've been meaning to do some exercise today just being lazy.
I hate walking as i think people are staring at me. Plus I get tired and hate it when I can’t keep up with the person im with. My hubby bless him doesn’t walk fast because of me or I’d always be left miles behind lol. All that said I think il change into my gym clothes and do some exercise before the kids come home.
