I have had several revelations in the past few days. What a whirlwind it has been. I am very happy and very stress free. I have banished stress from my life. If stress rears its ugly head, I lop it off. lol
School is out soon and I am so glad. This year I am happy because I feel so good and have loads of energy to do things. For the past several years I was always glad for winter break because I would be exhusted from carrying around loads of lbs and allowing myself to be all stressed out. I would use the time off to sleep and try to rest and relax. This year it is out and about for me during the Christmas season. No money to speak of to spend but I can look can't I. Sure I can!
Well off to bed. Will attend church tomorrow which is celebrating advent sunday 'rejoice'. I forget the Latin word for it though. I have been rejoicing for months now regarding my weight loss journey. The advent color is rose and I plan to wear that color to church. I always say pink is my signature color. That's from the movie Steele Magnolias. I always get a lot of compliments when I where any shade of pink. My friend had a lovely pink raincoat. I asked her if I could borrow it for church and she gave it to me instead as a present for coming so far on my journey. That was so sweet.
