 | So, today is my third day and I am feeling hungrier than I have done so far . I am trying to find things to occupy me, which isn't easy as I had a car accident yesterday and my back is hurting! I've had a hot bath, watched television, been on minimins, read a book. I can't sit in one position for too long without my back hurting...AAAGH!!! I know the reasons behind starting this diet (e.g: i'm too fat!) and i am trying to continue thinking of the many reasons behind my decision to start...
