DC-Week two

had my first bad food experience on diet chef last week ..the goats cheese and pepper soup was a wee bit strong for me..I'm not a huge fan of goast cheese unless it is feta in a salad..I'll definately be sending those back...substituted with the pea and ham soup(rolls eyes in ecstacy) instead...

had a bit of a bad weekend...we went to a mates family thing down out local pub..started off sensibly and had small bottles of beer and then when I got a bit tired my OH suggested Jager bombs(jagemeister...

Day three Diet chef

On Day three of Dietchef and the FOOD is scrummylicious..
I haven't had anything that tasted horrible...I feel more energised as well...Except for the no alchohol and lack of junk food I don't feel like I'm on a diet at all...Its cheaper than 'All about W8' and I didn't feel so lightheaded and hungry as I did on W8..

I'm in Watford tonight and tommorow.
So this is today's menu:

Breakfast(9:00)
50 g granola
125ml semi skimmed milk

Louise-Diet chef

I was recently on a VLCD which helped me shed a stone but made me feel very ill. I was drinking the shakes and soups and it was fine until I nearly passed out at the train station. I came to the realisation that VLCDs were just not for me.

My goal is to lose a stone and a half in 8 weeks. To help me I’ve decided on doing the ‘diet chef ‘ errr diet which is not a VLCD. The concept is to have 1200 calories a day. They deliver your food packs of actual food not shakes and packet soups...
