I went to the chemist to find out about starting LT but I chickened it. Oh well ..so in Tesco and Slim fast on offer so Im going try it this week see what happens...so I now have a cupboard full of SF and a collection of fruit. Im sure I will cope better being able to eat...... What a weekend. I know mad that I havent been able to decide on which diet to follow.. but Im getting there. Thanks to all that have helped me along the way so far.

So ive been a member of this site for one day and I have decided that Im going to look into LT. I dont trust myself the other way as much as I know I want this year to be the year it works....and keeps working. So Monday Im gonna try find out more at my chemist which supports LT...watch this space I hope xx

Im treating today like day one. Now I have found this site hopefully it will be useful in keeping me on track....I started by planning this mission when I got engaged in 2006. At that time a wedding in December 2009 seemed so far away that I was sure I could finally achieve a heathy, confident body for the start to my 30's and my wedding day.
