Day 7

It's my first week almost over, and I am amazed and chuffed that I haven't had anything to chew for almost a week!

It hard, not eating a meal when cooking for the kids, and I did suffer last night when I had to cook twice within an hour. Hubby was on lates so I had to cook, where if he is home at mealtimes, he will cook and I can slink upstairs with a bottle of water and a book.

Kids are back to school tomorrow, so things will be easier, no snacking in front of me anymore,...

Day 6

Lost 10lb in 5 days....... well 5 and a half days, so I am well chuffed!

My friend came with me and has now started on the LT journey too Our weigh day is going to be a week on Monday as it will be easier for us both as we both have kids. So its going to be 8 days to next weigh in.......... so I bet it will be great for us both

Off to glug another pint ....... next installment soon.

Day 5

Bored with the shakes already but I can feel the difference already in my clothes, so I am going to stick at it big time!

Still getting a little light headed at times, I hope it will pass soon.

Had my next door neighbor come round last night for a coffee and I told her about LT, so she is now coming with me tomorrow I will have a mate on the same weight loss journey, so we can support each other

WI tomorrow......... wish me luck!

Day 4

Well I couldn't help it....... I got on the scales...... some things my willpower fails me on lol.

And what a shocker! Lost 10lbs since monday!

Getting bored with the food tho but no pain no gain so will keep it up, specially with that loss speeding me on

OOH and I nearly missed a shake out today........ hectic day meant I had my second one about 7.30, then when I was getting ready for bed, I realised I hadn't had the 3rd. So made it up and...

Day 3

Apart from feeling a little light headed, and maybe hallucinating a little (hubby says I was lol) it was easier on day 3.

I took someones advice on here and added coffee to the vanilla shake to make a vanilla latte and it tasted much much better

Spent some of my birthday money today on some fancy scales, tho I won't use them till weigh day on Saturday.

Not in Ketosis yet I don't think tho.
