my first mini goal!!

ok to be honest i have only just thought about doing mini goals and i know what my first mini goal is going to be and once i get there i will think of my second!!

my first mini goal is to get into my size 14 jeans without them being tight, i just want to fit in them properly!!

ok i am only on my 3rd day but feeling a bit down and i feel your post and reading it has helped me and i am hoping that by writing everything down then it will make me see why i am doing this.

ok first off.
going out i hate it i would much rather stay in i hate the fact of walking up to collect my children from school and being called fat by older school kids

after;
once i have lost the weight i want to lose i will walk up to collect my children with...
