A Disclaimer..... Some of the following statements may offend, it is not intentional but they are my opinions and mine alone. You can chose to think of them what you will; I am not about forcing my thoughts on to others.
I began using LT 9 weeks ago and believe it to be the best decision I have ever made. I am a shorty (5' 1") and weighed in at 13s 2lbs which I was inevitably shocked by. I knew I was extremely overweight but the hardest thing of all is actually seeing it in black...
