2lbs off

Hmmm.

Better have a bigger loss next week.

Struggling with water - can manage 4L when at home but at work can only get to 3L or thereabouts. Really can't physically take anymore so if its that slowing down my loss I'm in trouble :-(

Can definitely feel my clothes getting looser so I really should get a tape measure and keep up with the inch loss.

Still not in the 16s... Maybe next week, fingers and toes and legs crossed?

Nights over

Ok so just finished my first set of nights on Cambridge and managed to remain 100% despite the jam doughnuts, and the crisps and the Celebrations scattered about the place. Plan for my next set to make chicken crisps and bring them with me so I feel like I have a 'treat'.

Only two lbs or so off being in the '16s' which will be absolutely brilliant.

Very happy I've managed to stay on this 100%. 10lb loss in the first week (and it was TOTM). Not a morsel of food has touched my lips!
I'm only seeing my Cambridge counsellor every fortnight so I'm doing unofficial weigh-ins myself as well.

Looking at the week to come it should be ok. I'm working loads of long days and then nights at the weekend but at least then I'll be so busy I won't have much of a chance to think about the diet. Have stocked up on choc tetras. Started...

Butterscotch horror

Pros
Day 3 - in ketosis, not hungry and have lost 5lb. Yay!!

Cons
Currently holding my nose, numbing my tastebuds by alternating freezing cold water/boiling peppermint tea in order to choke down the butterscotch shake. I always like butterscotch sweets... Luckily I only got two sachets this week. I wonder if my counsellor will be back from holiday in time so I don't have to drink the second.
Choc tetra & chicken/mushroom soup later.

I'm off work for a few days which is great because it means I don't have to worry about feeling sick while working. On the other hand, it means I have lots of time to obsess about food and how good it would taste. Its funny but when I diet I don't crave sweets/crisps/lucozade and all the other food that got me to the weight I am. No, what I really want is toast and butter, maybe a few slices of cheddar cheese...

Slap! That's the sound of me hitting myself back to reality. Bad merlynne....
