Well, today is day 1 of countless restarts. i've switched to W8 and had my first shake. I'm on my 2nd pint of water and obsessing about food. I'm going to do all the extras, diary (blog) and listen to the motivate CD's to give this the best shot.

Day by day is my new motto - the only way I think. I'm going to try and update daily to keep me going.

After a break for xmas and a while getting my head in the right place, I'm back. Day one was yesterday, and I've had my shake and started the water today. No interruptions now, so no excuses. I need to take one day at a time, I know the drill, I am strong enough this time.

final countdown

Well nearly at end of week 3 and 1 stone gone. I ate roasted vegetables last night, as I'm going to stick to weekender not rapid, but this morning I'm happy to b back on the shakes. I know that weeks 3-5 and the 1-2 stone marks are my trigger point, so I'm watching myself carefully this time.
I am resisting temptation much better than before , either completely, or allowing myself a mouthful and no more. Weekends are tough though, but I'm determined to be less than 20st for christmas....

Well, what a week. 3 14 hour days at work, TOTM and work / home just manic. I've been struggling to fit all my mealpacks in this week. And then last night, to top it all had chips with my quorn fillet and veg. I know I'll pay today - but I'm determined not to go back this time and to get back on track. I guess the good thing is that I actually thought about cheating rather than just doing it, and since I've regretted it afterwards I hope I'll be more inclined to stick to it next week! It was...

I can't believe it, that is the most I've ever lost in a week. I am really loving this diet. I'm had a meal of stir fry veg on sat night and I'm having cauliflower and broccoli tonight, having decided that the weekender plan will suit me best. It is great feeling I can eat from such a wide range of foods and still lose weight.

Tomorrow will be difficult, I will be working a 12 hour day flat out and there will be free carb packed goodies in the...

Well, not doing too badly so far, I haven't been 100%, a packet of smokey bacon tempted me, but I've carried on as normal since which I'm pleased with. I am enjoy the flavours with w8 and 4 packs a day definitely suits me better.

I've told my dad, he's always really supportive, and my step mum too. I'm avoiding telling my mum - she tends to be critical of me and always asking how I'm doing. I peeked ahead and the week 3 task is to tell 10 people so I'll tell her then. ...
