Why's it always Friday? slipped early this week and had 3 bottles of stella last night along with a couple of choc bisks. However I did lose 5lb this week so as long as I can mostly keep on the straight and narrow shouldn't be all that bad.
Had a fab time at my sisters wedding last week. The weather was **** but that didn't ruin anything. Kirst looked bootiful and the wedding was lovely. Managed to dance all night and not just with the hubby, mind you he's not the best dancer in the world...

Well here we are, Friday again already. I'm torn really between laying of the booze altogether this weekend, or practising hard for Kirsts wedding so I don't make a fool of myself with champagne going to my head. Decisions decisions....The problem is I know I'll be eating next weekend, 3 courses, canapes and supper, well it is a wedding, but I also knw I'm going to take my roller skates and skate down the prom (the weddings at the seaside) so what with that at dancing all night, it might not make...

Had a fantastic day although I was very cold at the end of it. Should've maybe took soup instead of shake but hey ho, lots of lovely black coffee. Ache a bit this morning mind you..Pledged not to fall off the wagon this weekend, if I can stay in a go-kart, I have no excuse

Well it's monday and I'm back at my desk working hard as you can see, OH may be going to work in Seville for a couple of years, I can't go as James has just started GCSE year and would be the wrong time for him to move. Still lots of nice weekends away to look forward to. Need to try and stay focused. Seeing CDC tonight at 6.30 and hope she'll be able to help me out a bit. I could easily lose a stone for my sisters wedding if I could just put my full focus into it. Could do with Paul mkenna to help...

I've got over it now. Still have the wedding to look forward to, and I will be slim by the time I get my refund.....Struggling today, OH asked me to make Pork in Cider for dinner. One of my favorate, but if I'm feeding 2, and cook 2 pork steaks I can't have any, what a plan!
Feel really fed up today, can't put my finger on it, have a headache that won't go away, and a feeling of impending doom.
