Well after losing again last week I am attempting to up my calories this week and find the right balance to maintain. Boy oh boy though it seems like sooo much food. I am working on the little and often principle and a typical day looks something like this...

Brekkie: All bran followed by some fruit
Mid morning: Wholemeal toast & Marmite
Lunch: Wholemeal roll with ham
Mid afternoon: Dried dates
Dinner: Chicken stir fry with rice followed by fruit
...

Feeling blah at the moment, bored with CD I think. I desperately want to experiment with healthy food and have more flexibility around what I eat. It's not that I want to stuff my face or eat junk it's actually healthy things I want to try and am feeling constrained by the eating plans. Want the freedom to make my own choices and get on with my life.

Well at last I have been to the loo!!! A combination of having to take an immodium on holiday, followed by 13 hours flying and week ill in bed have rather taken there toll on my intestines! I couldn't have been prouder if I had given birth to my first child.

Strange the things we find exciting aye but believe me a week with no toilet action is not a good week! Now I have to contend with TOTM which decided to arrive completely unannounced yesterday.

Roll on next week...

Well I ventured out to the shops yesterday. Have been debating as I don't want to spend money unnecessarily as I am not at goal yet but I do want to get some new things to wear. I figured that I am not that far off so if I buy things now they will still fit but may be just a little looser!

I had the most FABBY time, trying stuff on and not feeling awful in it, wandering wherever I chose and not worrying about whether they do my size, the sense of freedom was overwhelming. I have had...
