Maintenance

Well after losing again last week I am attempting to up my calories this week and find the right balance to maintain. Boy oh boy though it seems like sooo much food. I am working on the little and often principle and a typical day looks something like this...
Brekkie: All bran followed by some fruit
Mid morning: Wholemeal toast & Marmite
Lunch: Wholemeal roll with ham
Mid afternoon: Dried dates
Dinner: Chicken stir fry with rice followed by fruit
Been using weightlossresources to monitor all the calories so big thank you to everyone that has recommended it. Keeping everything crossed that at WI tomorrow I will have maintained. Trying to find the right intake has been tricky, as I've been unwell I have been more sedentary so it is possible I will have to increase again when I am up and about.
It's quite an exciting time really and I am enjoying the freedom to incorporate foods which I enjoy.
Anyhoo enough of my ramblings!
Georgie

Hi there, yes I am a CD Counsellor, feel free to ask any questions or alternatively if you prefer you can go to www.cambridge-diet.com there is loads of information.

Hi
Just wondering how you did it and how long it took you, as you look amazing.
I've been on Lipotrim for almost 2 weeks and thought that's how you had lost all your weight.
Just read that you are a Cambridge Diet counsellor.Posted 14th September, 2008 at 11:49 AM by Marci 26

Hi Marci and thank you!
Yes I did Cambridge but it's pretty much the same principle as Lipotrim. It took me six months which is slightly longer than normal as I moved up the Cambridge eating plans earlier than was strictly necessary. Lost the last couple of stone very slow and steady. I am no longer a Counsellor as I was struggling to find a way of fitting it round a full time job.
Good luck with Lipotrim, and well done on reaching week 2.
