so this week i am determined for a big number on Mon but....my brother just come round for tea and he made lasagna i dont even know how many syns i have had! i dont even want to know lol but now im worried for my next weigh in on Mon that i am going to have put on the half pound i lost
but i did only have salad with it and a few homemade chips. i know extra easy you...

what everyone having for dinner tonight?! my brother is coming over for tea so we having a family thing. im doing extra easy today then next three days having red days no carbs for me lol! but my brother is cooking lasagna
i mean i can have the mince meat and pasta etc but what do i do bout the sauce and cheese?!? because i dont know how to measure it because he doing just a big one and spilting it up lol
any one got any suggestions i am having it on its own or maybe some...
im happy still a loss thou but hoped for bit more. i only want to lose 1 stone and 6 pounds
anyway i did the extra easy all week and i am thinking it could be all the potatoes and that i dont think does me any good...parents are same! so i was going to do 2 extra easy days....2 green days and 3 red days? any suggestions?
